Questions
- What happens if my team uses more minutes than the plan includes?
- Calls keep working and nothing extra is charged. Owners get a heads-up at 80% and 100% so you can add people or move up a plan. When the AI receptionist's minutes run out, callers go to voicemail until the next period, unless you buy more AI minutes.
- How does the free trial work?
- 14 days with a card on file, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial includes one number, 300 calling minutes and 30 AI receptionist minutes. Cancel any time before it ends.
- Can I keep my existing business number?
- Yes. Bring it over from your current carrier in Phone numbers → Bring a number. It keeps ringing where it does today until the move completes.
- Is texting included?
- Yes, on every plan. US carriers require businesses to register before texting, which costs $19.50 once and $2 a month. We pass that on at cost.
- Can I cancel or change plans?
- Any time, from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated, and there's no contract.
